You can return unworn, unwashed items with tags attached within 30 days of delivery for a refund or store credit.

Exchanges

Need a different size or color? Exchanges are free within 30 days.

How to Start a Return

Email hello@tinkerto.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll provide return instructions and a shipping label (for U.S. orders).

Non-Returnable Items

• Gift cards

• Clearance items marked “Final Sale”

• Personalized or custom items

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive your return.
